Yesterday, together with the buyers, we celebrated the start of the construction of Cosun 2 and 3! Together with alderman Eddie Fรถrster, Ouwehand Bouw Gorinchem and an enthusiastic buyer, we symbolically buried a time capsule which will be placed under the buildings. This marked the start of the final construction phase of the Cosunpark in Breda! Despite the rain, it was a festive milestone!
Cosunpark consists of 265 rental and owner-occupied flats spread across six residential buildings in a car-free and park-like setting. In Cosun 2 and 3, there are still some spacious townhouses with gardens and some exclusive penthouses with roof terraces for sale, now that construction has started, the completion of Cosunpark is planned for the end of next year!
