Update
The site was acquired in late 2019. The transformation of Cosun 1 and construction of car park 1 has been completed and the homes and parking spaces have been delivered to the buyers. Construction of Cosun 4, 5,6 and car park 2 has started. Cosun 2 and 3 are now on sale and their construction is expected to start in late 2023.
