Notes
In cooperation with Vinkbouw Nieuwkoop and Leeuwenkamp architects, the Kwakelhuis in Alkmaar is being redeveloped. The existing office building will be demolished and replaced by 135 high-quality flats and 5 Urban villas. The project consists of a combination of rental and owner-occupied flats. The plan is characterised by high-quality architecture that will make the project a real enrichment in the centre of Alkmaar. Within the plan, connection is sought with the requirements of the municipality of Alkmaar in terms of sustainability and housing.
Sale is scheduled to start in summer 2019.

Update
The homes were all sold out in early 2020 and construction started. Construction is now in the finishing phase and the homes and parking spaces are expected to be delivered to buyers in Q3 2023.
