Upp Living is a new, contemporary residential location in the centre of Alphen aan den Rijn with as many as 190 high-quality flats. Generous windows ensure that daylight penetrates deep into the house. The entire complex runs on a WKO system, thus meeting sustainability requirements.

Update
The 190 flats were sold to Pension Fund Rail & Public Transport and a group of private investors by the end of 2021. All 190 flats in the complex will be rented out in the social, medium and free sector segments. Construction has now started and the flats are expected to be completed in mid-2025.
