Property developer

The Project Developer has a versatile and dynamic role. In this role, he/she oversees the entire process from the first concept of the development.
The business case is shaped by the direct after which the tasks within the development are divided. The Project developer has a steering role in the development and ensures that the ambitions formulated at the start are also secured, taking into account the budget, time schedule and result target.

Separate purchase-and-construction agreements are mainly used, with the aim of having the start of construction coincide with obtaining the irrevocable planning permission and having realised the sales by then.
As a developer, you are responsible for setting up this process as efficiently as possible and ensuring that these goals are realised.
We expect the Project Developer to be familiar with this way of working and be able to provide valuable substance to the organisation in this way.

The candidate to be recruited has the right competencies and is complementary to the existing team. You have a high degree of responsibility, are entrepreneurial, sociable, flexible, proactive, result- and solution-oriented.

In addition, we are looking for a person, who agrees with the profile below:

• Completed relevant HBO/WO education; architectural/business administration;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project development or project development related sector (residential and/or commercial property);
• High degree of independence in managing multifunctional projects and area developments, inner-city or otherwise;
• The skills to communicate with stakeholders and interested parties at different levels, think municipalities, investors, financiers, contractors;
• Commercial acumen;
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Strong in figures, meticulous and financially literate;
• Analytical ability, stress-resistant;
• Commitment and willingness to invest in us and yourself.
