Project manager

As Project Manager, you are the linchpin of the project and you direct the project team members in order to achieve the intended outcome of the business case in time, money and quality, in cooperation with the project developer.
You go through the process from initiative phase to realisation and oversee the process from development to construction and completion. Within REALES' portfolio, there is a strong focus on the realisation of high-quality developments in the field of mainly high-rise office and residential properties.

As project manager, you manage the design team and supervise the architect, consultants and contractors involved. You monitor the (construction) costs and report and present progress to the management. Working on the basis of the GROTICK principles, you are the pivot throughout the entire development process.

With your organisational talent, you work on real estate assignments in a result- and solution-oriented way, showing entrepreneurship.

• You have extensive relevant work experience and support project managers in development, construction, investor projects and consultancy assignments. You involve the client in the construction process by preparing clear schedules, reports, calculations and presentations.
• You thrive in a team environment, but can also work well independently. You closely follow new developments and innovations and inspire colleagues around you to develop innovative customer-oriented solutions.
• You are a positive and energetic person, who knows the market and has the necessary perseverance.

For the right fulfilment of this role, you have a completed HBO or WO education in the field of architecture, real estate engineering or similar. At least 5 to 7 years of work experience as a project manager/technical developer forms the basis.
